Find the gaps in your CPSC certificates before an entry does.
Since July 8, 2026, certificate data travels with every customs entry of a product that needs a GCC or a CPC. We match each SKU to its certificate, test report and laboratory, list what is missing or inconsistent, and hand you a file ready for the CPSC Product Registry and a sheet your broker can file from.
Start with 10 SKUs for $490See what gets checked
Fixed price. No subscription. You remain the certifier.
- Blocking
Kids dresser, 4 drawers. Manufacture date is missing. Laboratory has no address on file.
- To review
Plush bear, brown. The certificate is issued by the factory. For imported products the importer is the certifier.
- To review
Bath toy set. Rule 1303 is cited on the certificate but not covered by the linked test reports.
- Ready
Stacking rings. 6 rules cited, CPSC-accepted laboratory, tested 04/02/2026.
What gets checked
- One certificate per product. Certificates that cover several models are split, as CPSC requires.
- The right certifier. For imports that is the importer, not the factory.
- Every rule cited. Each one must map to a code on CPSC's current citation list. Testing exclusions too.
- CPC or GCC. The certificate type has to fit the rules it cites.
- The laboratory. A CPSC-accepted laboratory ID wherever third-party testing applies.
- The test reports. Each cited rule covered by a report. Failed results and date conflicts flagged.
- Dates and places. Manufacture month, last test date, and tests older than twelve months on children's products.
- Registry format. Identifiers, version IDs, field lengths, and the characters the Product Registry rejects.
- The HTS code. Whether it sits on CPSC's flagged list, so your broker knows what an entry will trigger.
How it works
You send the documents
Certificates, laboratory test reports and a SKU list. A shared folder or an email is enough.
We extract, check and reconcile
You confirm each product's data section by section. Every confirmation is logged with a name and a time.
You receive four files
The gap report, the Product Registry upload file, the broker sheet and the audit trail. You upload, review and certify in your own Registry account.
Who it is for
- Importers of children's productsToys, nursery goods, apparel and gear that need a CPC backed by third-party testing.
- Brands with several factoriesEach factory change can make a certificate version inaccurate. We keep them straight.
- Companies with a recent noticeA CPSC notice, a hold or an exam is the moment to get every certificate in order.
- Customs brokersClean certificate data for your clients' entries, delivered in a sheet you can file from.

Questions
What do you need from us?
Your certificates (CPC or GCC), the laboratory test reports behind them, and a list of the SKUs you import. PDFs are fine, scans included. If you have a Product Registry account, your Certifier ID as well.
Do you file with CPSC or with customs?
No. We prepare the data. You upload the file to your own Product Registry account and certify there; your broker files the entry. Nothing leaves our hands under your name.
What happens to our documents?
They are used only to prepare your deliverables. Data extraction is done with an AI model through a third-party API; a named person on your side confirms every value before it goes into a file. We keep the documents for the duration of the engagement and delete them on request.
How is this different from my laboratory's eFiling tool?
Laboratory tools file the reports that laboratory produced. A preflight looks across all your laboratories, factories and certificate versions, and tells you where they disagree with each other and with CPSC's current lists.
Is this legal advice?
No. We check data against CPSC's published lists and formats. Whether a rule applies to a product is a decision for you and, where needed, your counsel or your laboratory.
What this service is not
We prepare certificate data. We do not test products, give legal advice or act as a customs broker, and we never certify on your behalf. The importer remains the certifier and is responsible for every certificate.
